[ ] BAFA: Make sure your squad leader Assistant reads through Resource for Training New Squad Leaders before assisting in leading their first squad.

[ ] BAFA: Make sure your Assistant has created an account with AOY Online School of Evangelism and is able to login to their account to access the Team Leader Bootcamp.

[ ] BAFA: Before your Assistant leads out for their second time have them listen to the AOY Podcast called 'How to Engage an Audience the Right Way'.

• [ ] After your Assistant leads out for their first time have them re-listen to the podcast again and discuss what stood out to them the second time after leading out in between.

[ ] Help your Corporals go through the 7 steps for Squad Leadership Training.

[ ] Fill out your Squad Report form after.

[ ] Help interested attendees to fill out the Squad Leader enlist form by encouraging them to visit TheArmyofYouth.com/Volunteer
